TEST ASSEMBLY
X and Y running, beltdrive 100oz/in steppers
Z axis parts test assembled

HobbyCNC 4AUPC my way, added cooling and modified placement of screwterminals
to steppers on other side. This is to give space for the alu profile. Also
LM317īs have coolers.
Power supply used is a modified 24V battery charger with CAPS inside .
This setup with Master5 and 4AUPC runs my Superior SLO-SYN steppers very good,
these
are some old ones I had laying around. 180steps/rev 2.6Amp. Smooth ride with
1/16 microstepping.

Z-axis now in working condition = assembled, new workholding table is very
soon ready.
There will be around 130 M6 nuts pressfitted into mdf board. Above this actual
workholding
fixtures will be fixed and milled flat.
New driversbox for 3axis LMD18245 chip based and poweroutlet for A-axis. PSU is

modified with larger bridge rectifier as the one original did not hold for
currents needed.
New motors installed as well.

Next step will be new beltdrive tensioning parts as it is now temporary
